Our Story
Arizona Peptide Collective was founded on a simple belief: researchers deserve transparency, education, and confidence in the products they choose.
As interest in peptide research has continued to grow, so has the need for reliable information and a straightforward approach to quality. Too often, researchers are left sorting through conflicting information, inconsistent product documentation, and unanswered questions. APC was created to offer a different experience—one built on openness, education, and a genuine commitment to supporting the research community.
From the beginning, our goal has been about more than providing research peptides. We set out to build a resource where researchers could find educational content, understand laboratory quality concepts, and make informed decisions based on science rather than marketing. Every research guide, journal article, and educational resource reflects that commitment.
Transparency remains at the heart of everything we do. We believe quality should be supported by documentation whenever practical, education should be accessible to everyone, and trust should be earned through consistency and honest communication. Those principles continue to guide every decision we make as Arizona Peptide Collective grows.
Why We Exist
Our mission is to create an environment where peptide research is supported by knowledge, integrity, and transparency.
Whether someone is learning about peptides for the first time or has years of laboratory experience, we want APC to be a trusted place to explore the science behind peptide research.
Meet Rod McConnell
Welcome to Arizona Peptide Collective.
I'm Rod McConnell, and before APC, my career followed a path that might seem far removed from peptide research—but every step helped shape the values behind this company.
I grew up in Spencer, Iowa, and earned a Finance degree from the University of Iowa, where I also had the opportunity to play baseball. Athletics taught me lessons about discipline, preparation, and the importance of taking care of your body—principles that have stayed with me throughout my life.
After college, I spent ten years with Enterprise Rent-A-Car before joining my family's business, Midwestern Meats, where I worked for the next twenty-six years. Throughout my career, one constant remained: a passion for fitness, strength training, and maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
As the years went by, recovery became just as important as performance.
In March 2026, I began researching peptides and started with Wolverine, GHK-Cu, and Epithalon. My goal wasn't to chase trends—it was simply to support recovery and better understand the science behind these compounds.
The more I learned, the more fascinated I became.
As I continued my research, I decided to explore Retatrutide. My interest wasn't driven primarily by weight loss, but by the growing scientific interest in areas such as metabolic health, blood sugar regulation, and visceral fat. I began my own research journey with Retatrutide on May 26, 2026, weighing 196 pounds.
One of the first things I noticed was a significant change in my appetite the very next day. That experience motivated me to dive even deeper into the available scientific literature and continue learning about the broader field of peptide research.
The deeper I researched, the more I realized that finding trustworthy information wasn't always easy. Scientific studies, quality documentation, and educational resources often felt scattered, inconsistent, or difficult to understand. I believed there had to be a better way.
By early June, it became clear to me that there was an opportunity to create more than just another peptide company.
That's why I founded Arizona Peptide Collective.
From the beginning, I made a commitment that APC would stand for three things: quality, transparency, and education. I wanted researchers to have access not only to quality products, but also to clear educational resources that help explain the science behind peptide research.
That commitment also led me to make a decision that reflects the values of APC. Rather than relying solely on manufacturer specifications, I chose to pursue independent laboratory testing because I believe confidence should be built on verification whenever practical. For me, transparency isn't a marketing phrase—it's a guiding principle.
Today, APC continues to grow with that same philosophy.
Whether it's a Research Guide, an article in the APC Research Journal, or a product we offer, my goal is to help make peptide science more understandable and more approachable for the research community.
Whether you're just beginning to learn about peptides or have been following the research for years, I hope Arizona Peptide Collective becomes a trusted resource throughout your research journey.
Thank you for visiting, and welcome to the Arizona Peptide Collective community.

Do the right thing, even when no one is watching.
Education
Learning never stops. The more we understand, the better decisions we make.
Transparency
Be honest about what we know, what we don't know, and where the science is headed.
Quality
Excellence is found in the details—from the products we offer to the information we share.
Continuous Improvement
Every day is an opportunity to learn, improve, and become better than yesterday.
Then end the page with a simple closing statement centered on the page.
Thank You
Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me and Arizona Peptide Collective.
Whether you're here to explore peptide research, learn something new, or follow along as APC grows, I'm grateful you're part of the journey.
Welcome to the APC community.

The APC Promise
At Arizona Peptide Collective, our promise is built on three guiding principles: quality, transparency, and education.
We are committed to providing research products supported by clear educational resources, honest communication, and a genuine respect for the research community.
We believe trust is earned through consistency, not claims. That is why we strive to promote transparency whenever practical, pursue independent verification of quality, and make peptide science more understandable through evidence-based educational content.
Every product we offer, every article we publish, and every interaction we have should reflect the values upon which APC was founded.
As Arizona Peptide Collective continues to grow, our commitment remains the same:
To pursue quality without compromise.
To communicate with honesty and transparency.
To educate with accuracy and integrity.
To support the research community with professionalism and respect.
Our goal is not simply to provide research products.
Our goal is to become a trusted educational resource and a respected member of the peptide research community.
Education builds confidence. Transparency earns trust.
